We have just finished having our en suite, and a number of other jobs round the house done with BN1 properties and are really happy with it all! Joe and his team, particularly John, Craig and Ash, were absolutely lovely and so easy to work with. They were very tolerant of me asking for extra help on things that weren't in the original scope and always made time for them. We'll look forward to working with them again in the future!

We couldn’t be happier with the service from BN1 Property Maintenance. Joe was fantastic to deal with from start to finish, and Robert, the damp proofer, was incredibly thorough and professional. We had been struggling with a leak for over three years, despite another company’s repeated attempts to fix it. Robert not only managed to resolve the issue, but also identified and tackled additional complications that came to light along the way.

Efficient and responsive. Joe arranged to visit the property promptly to quote for aged rendering, which was causing water ingress into the building. We received the quote very quickly and work was booked in within a few days and done to completion. Area left clean and tidy. Highly recommend..⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Joe and his team did a great job redecorating my flat and a variety of other maintenance jobs to a high standard. Brilliant communication throughout from initial enquiry to completion, and they were able to start work when I needed at short notice, completing the job ahead of schedule. I wanted to share my recent experience with this fantastic company and it's staff, if you want perfection this is the only company that can guarantee that you will be happy with the finished result. After meeting joe (the main man) for the first time to discuss the work I wanted done, he immediately came across as a very knowledgeable and approachable person and yet still very professional at the same time. He and his team would work around my schedule without hesitation and if I wanted to change anything he would have already had multiple plans in his head ready to give me choices, he explained every detail so I was well informed at all times, the quality of the finished results were nothing short of a wow moment. Joe is very hands on with the work himself and that allows him to spot any issues and address them quickly, he also has very high standards when it come to the finished result, if something is not perfect then it doesn't pass his inspection, and believe me when I say high standards, I'm talking him checking for dust on top of door frames standard, and looking along the wall at any single defect standard, just ok is not good enough for joe. Give BN1 a call and you will see for yourself what they can do for you. Great job guys thank you for all the hard work, the place looks amazing.

Joe and his team were quick to respond upon first calling on them, very professional and thorough in quoting (the only builder who asked to see the joists before quoting to understand if removing a wall was viable)
They came round quickly, cleaned up every day and were respectful, polite and proactive about checking with us at every change we were happy.
