Another multifaceted project completed with yet another satisfied customer. This contract was completed on time including various client changes and within the financial constraints. The areas of works that were carried out were as follows:
- Supply scaffold to clean the roof of all moss, cut off all blown render and re-render the party walls and applied a premium water based coating
- Scraped back all damaged render to the external walls repaired and redecorated
- Fully redecorated and rewired lighting system to the front living room
- Changed all the socket and switch plates throughout the property
- Plus installation of flatpacked wardrobes and new external canopy
