An exterior refurbishment with BN1 Property Maintenance Ltd :

As part of the project, we undertook a thorough renovation of the exterior walls of the property. This involved removing and replacing all existing mortar, repointing the entire side of the building to ensure a secure and weather-tight seal. Additionally, we replaced damaged or rotten bricks with new ones, ensuring that the structure’s integrity is maintained.

To enhance energy efficiency and reduce heat loss, we installed a new window tray, including air bricks and water-resistant flashing to prevent moisture ingress. Finally, three panels of double-glazed windows were also upgraded, providing improved thermal performance and reduced noise levels.
