General Maintenance

Yet another small but intricate project with the client being in residence. All our management and tradesmen were inducted and reminded of our quality procedures. The project was completed with time and financial constraints.

Externally:

• Removed and replaced guttering to the rear of the house and over the front door
• Raked out and repointed the chimney
• Patch repaired fire/party walls and applied acropolis paint

Internally:

• Sound proofed walls, re-boarded, plastered and decorated
• Removed and replaced radiators to kitchen
• Repaired kitchen cupboards and relpaced kitchen sink
• Removed and replaced socket
